| Description | The penetration wound of the heart is the very grave a life threatening injury. Patient die on place for this injury or during the transport to hospital more then 80%. Regarding the anatomy the most frequently is injured the right cardiac ventricle ( more then 62% ) , left ventricle is injured approximately in 25% cases. The atrium of heart is hurt seldom. The stab wound is usually related with the cardiac tamponade. There are Becks trias of symptoms – hypotensis, quiet hearts sound and dilatation of the neck veins. The shot wound begets the massive bleeding to the pleural space. Autors present their experience in comparison with hints in the literature. The sequence from the first-aid treatment till the postoperative care is decribe. The special surgical stitch of the hearts muscle is explained intimately. |
