Description The goal of this paper is to map the accidental morbidity by studying its current existing prevalence. Standard statistical procedures are used for processing data on injuries obtained from the health personal history in the questionnaires used in the ELSPAC project. Respondents presented information whether or not they had injuries of the head, fractures of proximal or distal extremity or serious cuts, it they were drowning, strongly scalded, burnt or overdosed with a medicine. The prevalence of injuries in the group including both genders decreased in the above mentioned order. Considerably more men were involved in injuries compared to women.
