| Description | This publication has been produced as an outcome of The Development Project n.72, 2007. It deals with juggling, a motor activity from the area of psychomotricity. The publication introduces us into the history of juggling, significant jugglers, basic juggling props, possibilities of using juggling in schools, forms and techniques of juggling and possible positive impacts of juggling on man. Methodology of ball juggling training follows. The publication includes photographs and pictures. Juggling DVD is a part of the publication and it includes an example lesson of ball juggling as well as the basics of juggling with other juggling props. |
