Description Good outcome is associated with PbtO2 valuse which are higher than 20 mmHg, while the poor outcomeis associated with PbtO2 values which are lower than 20 mmHg in longterm post-SAH period. Our current observations show that the brain tissue oxymetry might be advatageous in the early detection of ischaemic changes and is complimentary to TCD.
