Description Autoimmune pancreatitis is a form of chronic pancreatitis. The disease is characterised with clinical, serological, histomorphological and imaging features. Autoimmune pancreatitis is frequently connected with other autoimmune diseases. In the therapy the steroids are indicated. Long-term prognosis of this disease is still unclear.
