| Description | There is advisable to prefer monitoring systems udepandent on functional status and cooperation of the patient. Symptoms of arrythmias can be modified by low cardiac syndrome output. The effectivity of 24hours monitoring varries freguently, there is recommended to support the diagnostics by other methods - prolonged monitoring, the use of more exact and effective methods. To establish the causality of syncopal and presyncopal episods there is necessary to exclude extracardial ethiology as well. |
