| Description | In terms of our treatment algorithm, complete healing without complications occurred in 25 patients (81 %), with the percentage of complications being slightly lower than that published in international retrospective studies. Based on long-term observation, our method can thus be recommended as standard treatment for this type of femoral injury in children. |
