Description The mean correlation curves of the intraabdominal pressure over time were evaluated by regression analysis (value 0,05) in both groups. The curves had a rising character in both groups, but in the control group the curve rose more steeply and reached a higher level than the curve of studied group. The onset of peristalsis, firs flatus and stool took a shorter time in the studied group.
