Description Hyaluronate (hyaluronic acid or hyaluronan, HA) is an anionic nonsulfated glycosaminoglycan, the most important part of extracellular matrix. For cells it creates some scaffolding, it is usually mentioned for it is ability to bond with water molecules and this way to help with optimalisation of tissue hydratation. Actively it contributes on imunology processes, affects mobility and adhesivity of the cells in the process of proliferation and diferenciation, it affects also embryogenesis, cancerogenesis, angiogenesis and regeneration and tissue reepithelisation. Form of 100% hyaluronic acis gel represents highly effective tool for postoperative prevention of adhesive processes in reproduction gynaecology.
