We are pleased to announce that on 23 April 2021 Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University, has been recognized with the HR Excellence Award. The award is being given by the European Commission to research institutions that create and support professional, transparent and ethical work environment.
Granting HR Excellence Award means that our Action plan has been approved by the European Commission and will be implemented in the upcoming years. Faculty of Medicine has therefore officially advanced to the implementation phase of the overall process, which means that individual steps of the Action plan will be carried out. We have already started working on some of the steps and will be very grateful to you for joining the areas of your interest and help us implement them.
A huge thanks to everyone, who have worked with us on the preparatory steps to get the HR Award, and we are looking forward to our future collaboration.

What did last year bring, and what is in the pipeline for HR Award activities in 2024? The HR Award Action Plan implementation phase is in progress; together, we have already implemented many important tasks, and more are expected this year. Here is a summary of what has been achieved and what we will continue to focus on at the Faculty.
We invite you to another Brunch for Expat Women in Czech Science, which we decided to organize in cooperation with Hyb4City after increasing requests. The event will take place on May 7, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the Kampus Hybernská, and advance registration for the event is required. The invitation was accepted by Zsófia Csajbók, PhD, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Humanities, Charles University, Prague, who will be a guest speaker at this event.
