The task of the trained lecturers was to design a simulation on basic life support, i.e. basic first aid, and present it to classmates across all grades with the help of the participants. Each team of three participants was tasked with adult resuscitation, bleeding and amputation, providing assistance for an epileptic seizure, helping a lady scalded by hot water, or leading the dreaded resuscitation of an infant. The actual solution was followed by a debriefing where the procedure was broken down and all the necessary skills were practiced.

For the fifth time, the First Aid Simulation Course was held in the building of the MU Faculty of Medicine Simulation Centre, which offers, in addition to top-quality simulators and trained staff, exceptional facilities that form the ideal basis for a credible and detailed simulation. This all leads to the best possible learning outcome, with a particular emphasis on practice.
