ABCD course – this time for colleagues from Ostrava
On Monday 13 June 2022, another Adult Learning and Basic Course of Debriefing (ABCD course) was held, this time for lecturers from the Practical Hospital project from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Ostrava under the leadership of MUDr. Tereza Vafková and MUDr. Václav Vafek.
We mainly focused on practical training of discussion facilitation and debriefing simulations focused on technical and non-technical skills. We also discussed our experience in teaching medical and other health professions as well as our experience with different forms of simulation training. This was the first time that the course had a larger representation of participants from among the NMHW.
