Do soutěže InGA Start-up granty, která je určena k podpoře pilotních projektů nových výzkumných programů, bylo podáno celkem 35 projektů. Rada Interní grantové agentury LF MU rozhodla o podpoře 10 projektů:

- Kateřina Vašíčková: "Development of pluripotent stem cell–based expandable pancreatic progenitors to model tumor initiation and immuno-stromal interactions"
- Polina Navrátilová: "Impact of Chondroprotective Therapy on Inflammation and Cartilage Microstructure in Osteoarthritis: Integrating MRI and Molecular Insights"
- Zdeněk Chovanec, Jan Resler: "Resler Comparative analysis of subpleural lung nodules marking dyes - in vivo animal experiment on domestic pig"
- Vít Weinberger, Libor Viktora: "Ascitoids - predictive models for individualized ovarian cancer therapy using ascites-derived organoids"
- Lucie Ráčková: "Exploring Melatonin, and Low-Dose Radiation Preconditioning as Countermeasures Against Simulated Galactic Cosmic Ray Exposure: A CNS Study Using Zebrafish"
- Gottumukkala Narendra Varma: "Mitochondrial Heist: Investigating the tunneling nanotube mediated preferential targeting of 4-1BB CD19-CAR T-cells for mitochondrial theft by CLL Cells"
- Veronika Brezáni: "Crosstalk between delta opioid receptors and inflammatory mediators in primary sensory neurons: An in vitro study of priming and intracellular trafficking"
Do soutěže LF Accelerate určeného k podpoře aplikačního potenciálu výsledků výzkumu a k jejich významnému posunu směrem ke klinické praxi, bylo celkem podáno osm návrhů projektů, z nichž externí hodnotitelé v součinností s Radou InGA vybrali dva nejlepší:

- Jiří Kos: "Novel Inhaled Antibacterial Remedies for Multidrug-Resistant Pulmonary Diseases"
