Otevření registrace ke kurzu FRESHERS pro jarní semestr 2021 všem PhD studentům!

Vážení PhD studenti,

FRESHERS je zaměřen na témata, s kterými se mohou doktorandi (zejména při své vědecké a výzkumné činnosti) setkat už během studia a také záhy po ukončení Ph.D.

V následujícím semestru proběhne kurz opět v on-line formě. Nahrávky z přednášek budou mít studenti k dispozici, aby je mohli shlédnout i v jiném čase a mohli takto splnit podmínky udělení zápočtu.

Na přednášky v rámci FRESHERS budou již v tomto semestru navazovat workshopy, které si studenti mohli naplánovat v projektu IGA. Podmínkou k absolvování těchto workshopů je budˇ již absolvovaný kurzu FRESHERS v předešlých semestrech, nebo jeho zapsání v tomto semestru. Studenti, kteří získali projekt IGA, budou při registraci do kurzu FRESHERS upřednostněni. O workshopech budou studenti informování již přímo po registraci.

Dear Ph.D. candidates,

the registration for the course FRESHERS: Skills for Research Career for spring semestr 2021 is now open!!!

The course includes 8 lectures focused on acquiring the knowledge and skills to be a succesfull young researcher. The aim of the course is to get an overall picture of the topics that researchers face such as International Exchanges within Ph.D., Financing Research, Publication Ethics, Communication of Science and Research Results Promotion, Intellectual Property, etc. and thus strengthening the abilities and skills of young scientists to better integrate into national and international projects and research structures.

All lectures will be taught on-line and will be in English. The 1st lecture on "Foreign opportunities and challenges fof PhD students" will také place on March 5, 2021.

The recordings of all lectures will be available on the IS ("Learning materials") for specific period so that you can watch them in time that suits you.

In case you manage to have 90% attendance (7 from 8), you will be given 3 credits.

The attandance will be checked through the application on IS.

The course is designed for Ph.D. candidates who are at the beginning of study (1. - 4. semester). However, if you are a bit further and you are interested, you may register as well.
