Popis	Light microscopy is indispensable method in biological research. Microscopes are producing beautiful images from which meaningful information must be extracted. This online course is intended for biologists, who would like to learn how to obtain quantitative informations from microscopy images.Course will cover basics of standard image processing methods and will be in more details focused on analysis of live cell imaging experiments, particularly objects tracking in time. Different platforms will be presented, both open source and commercials.
