Cell and Tissue Engineering

The research group has long been engaged in comprehensive research in the field of cell therapies, from understanding the function and natural behaviour of cells independently in cell culture and within tissue. These findings are put into context with the use of the biological dependencies studied for the benefit of cell therapies and regenerative medicine. At the level of adult cell studies, intensive research is being conducted on CAR-T cells for the treatment of solid tumours. A large part of the group's work is devoted to research on mesenchymal stromal cells for skin regeneration. Intensive research and development are also underway in the field of hyaline cartilage regeneration.
