TEAMING

FM MU submitted a proposal to the Horizon Europe programme - Teaming for Excellence call

Under the leadership of prof. Regina Demlová, Head of the Department of Pharmacology, a vision was created to develop the existing GMP Advanced Cell Immunotherapy Unit (ACIU), focused on cell therapy research, into an international centre of excellence covering comprehensive research, development and production of medicines for modern therapies for selected types of rare diseases. CZARMA

We are part of a new network of managers and administrators in science and research

Both the Grant Office and the Office for Research and Quality of FM MU have become members of the Czech Association of Research Managers and Administrators CZARMA. We will now be working in working groups to make improvements in the areas of finance, legal management, mobilities, ethics, human resources, open science, gender, etc., so that we can all work better and be an even better support to you. HORIZON EUROPE

We are looking for the most suitable Horizon Europe calls for you within Cluster Health and Mission Cancer 2023 - 2024

We reached extensive documents on the upcoming Cluster Health and Mission Cancer calls for the period 2023 and 2024. We are currently processing them and will try to target them to the most suitable research teams at FM MU.

MSCA4UKRAINE

A programme to support research stays of Ukrainian scientists in the EU will be launched in September 2022

Research stays of Ukrainian scientists on the territory of the EU will be supported for 6 months to 2 years. The maximum amount that one host institution will be able to apply for is expected to be €2 million. Please contact Dagmar Václavíková.

IOCB TECH

Are you a young scientist and need to balance your scientific work with high-quality care for pre-school children?

The Martina Roeselová Memorial Fellowship stipends of 150.000 CZK/year will help you. They are dedicated to PhD students and postdoctoral fellows who are the primary caregiver of a preschool child. The funds are intended to cover childcare services and can be used to pay for preschool education, a child’s play area, private babysitting, etc. The money is not intended to finance research. Deadline: 15th October 2022. More information here.
