We ask you to report a change of pension fund or a switch to a supplementary pension scheme or a new DIP. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the Faculty will continue to send you employer contributions. If you need to do this, don't hesitate to get in touch with your department's wage clerk, ideally by email (send a new contract, including the employer contribution arrangement; we do not need to report the amount of the employee's contribution or any change to it).

As of 1 January 2025, the Social security office is changing the way applications are administered, whereby the employee will receive a notification for the e-dose based on an electronic submission by the attending physician, containing, in particular, an identifier (decision number). The employee has to forward this identifier and other data (on the duration, the person being treated, etc.) to the employer. These data need to be transmitted in paper form for the time being (temporary solution, to be replaced by an electronic form in INET).
