The second part of the international Evidence-Based Clinical Fellowship Programme (EBCFP) for Nurses and/or Physicians

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, we met almost after one year with our international participants (Nurses and Physicians) to organize their second and final part of the JBI Evidence-Based Clinical Fellowship Program (EBCFP).

28 Jan 2022

The second part of the training was focused to deliver feedback and sharing experiences with the implementation projects. They continued their implementation report writing to be published in a peer-reviewed journal “The JBI Database of Systematic Reviews and Implementation Reports” (https://journals.lww.com/jbisrir/pages/default.aspx) and "International Journal of Evidence-Based Healthcare" (https://journals.lww.com/ijebh/pages/default.aspx) and accessible in international medical databases. They discussed and presented the follow-up audits and results of their implementation reports.

12 participants from different countries (4 from the Czech Republic, 2 from Spain, 2 from Portugal, 2 from Romania, and 2 from the U.K.) are again ready to change the healthcare practice in their workplaces through clinical leadership processes. It means 12 Best Practice Implementation Projects will benefit patients and reduce the redundant economic burden of healthcare.

Despite all the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are confident that all participants will succeed in completing their projects. We wish you all good luck and thank you for the attendance! Also big thank you for leading this international program to Jitka Klugarová and to project colleagues from UK, Spain, Portugal and Romania for the great cooperation.
