Interactive learning methodologists have gone through the first part of the Train the Trainer workshop

The summer is slowly coming to an end, but the preparation of the Simulation Centre of Masaryk University’s Medical Faculty is running at full speed. The site of the future centre already shows the first significant structural changes. Neither the professional team is being idle. It was the first part of the Train the Trainer course which will be completed in December at Bohunice University Campus. Expert team members were gathering experience at the Alpha Medical Concepts simulation centre, where real-world experts led them through the various issues of simulation training. This two-day meeting included not only theoretical training, but also many practical demonstrations, tasks, and fruitful discussions. The icing on the cake was the creation and subsequent conduction of a complete simulation, including the final debriefing.

The second part of the course, which promises to expand the horizons in the world of debriefing and to give tips on what to do if something fails to go according to the plan, will be led by an internationally renowned specialist, Dr. Lucas Drabauer.
