On 20 and 21 September 2022, the Simulation Centre of the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University became the venue of the fifth Critical Care Simulation course in Brno. The enormous interest in the course is evidenced by the repeatedly full capacity of the course, which this time was attended by a total of 17 doctors from all over the Czech Republic. To our delight, among them were also doctors who had already attended one of the one-day courses at SIMU focused on a specific part of our clinical practice. At the speciality course, however, they had the opportunity to engage in simulations across the whole AIM field: the operating theatre environment, the recovery room or the intensive care unit, where they faced critical conditions in both adult and paediatric patients.

For lecturers, technicians and organizers, every such course is a very positive source of energy and an impulse for further development. If you want to experience the atmosphere of our simulation courses, do not hesitate to visit the "SIMU Courses" tab and do not hesitate to register – places are gradually running out.

We wish the doctors who have completed the course a successful completion of the speciality examination.
