The aim of this program is to train lecturers from among the general medicine and dentistry students. After completing the program, these students will be able to assist in teaching First Aid. Through their activity, they will help not only to improve the ratio of teachers to students in each lesson, but also to move teaching by another piece towards modern teaching methods.

During the weekend workshop, a total of 130 participants in this program learned a number of important aspects of their future activities. They learned about the importance of feedback in medicine, about basic methods of debriefing and about the principles and possibilities of using simulation-based teaching. Then they practically tried to create a simulation focused on basic life support, then applied the acquired knowledge of debriefing. This workshop will be followed by a series of other meetings throughout the academic year, in which the program participants will focus on the specifics of each lesson of First Aid taught.
