How to proceed if you happen to be a student-foreigner in the Czech Republic during the state of emergency?

All foreigners (including students), who were staying legally in the Czech Republic during the announcement of the emergency state, can remain in the Czech Republic until the end of the state of emergency without the need to further settle their residency status. The state of emergency all over the Czech Republic was announced on 12. March 2020 for the period of 30 days.

I was supposed to receive the long-term visa, but given the current situation, I cannot go personally to the Embassy/Consulate, how to proceed?

The long-term visa can be collected at the Embassy/Consulate after the state of emergency is over and the borders re-open.
