What experiences make you a great ambassador?
I’ve always been a very social and outgoing person and I love interacting with people in person and virtually. I also have a successful instagram page in which I show my perspective and experiences as a dental student in Brno. Before coming to Brno I was working as a nurse in Iran and I immensely enjoyed helping patients in stressful situations. I think these traits and experiences can make me a great ambassador. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

What advice would you give to new students?
Starting a new chapter of your life in a new city and studying medicine can be quite daunting and overwhelming but you need to do your best to stay focused from the very beginning because if you miss any exams in the first semester you’ll be constantly running to catch up. On other hand, there are many people who can help you throughout your journey here at Masaryk University especially us ambassadors and those who are in the higher years of their studies. So, don’t be scared to ask for help.

What do you love most about Brno?
My favourite thing about Brno is that it is a student friendly city. Most people speak English and there are many amazing libraries spread all over the city. There’s almost nowhere in the city you can’t get to with the public transport which is relatively cheap. Also geographically, Brno is close to many neighbouring countries which you can get to by train or bus.
