The National Institute for Epidemic Management, on the basis of an evaluation of relevant epidemiological parameters for assessing the development of the epidemic, including an assessment of potential impacts, has proposed to the Ministry of Health to terminate the measure setting out the conditions for allowing patients to visit health service providers and clients to visit social service providers by 14th March 2022, consisting of the obligation to prove oneself "infection-free" or "low epidemiological risk" and the abolition of preventive testing of employees, clients, and patients at a selected group of health and social service providers. The aim of the measure for health and social service providers was to minimise the risk of possible introduction and spread of infection, especially among patients and clients, and for these reasons the requirement of proof of 'infection-free or low epidemiological risk' was introduced for visitors and the requirement of regular preventive testing for employees and clients.
