Our goal is to build an ethical, safe, sustainable, and open environment where national and international top researchers can grow. We are committed to continuously improving not only our HR processes – from modern and fair recruitment to high-quality working conditions and opportunities for further education and professional development. We want to offer an attractive scientific career that includes clear employee evaluations, training support, mentoring, and programs for young researchers.

• We are working on clearly defined conditions for professional growth – from early-stage researchers to experienced scientists.
• Selection procedures are open and transparent so that applicants know how the process works and what criteria are used to make decisions.
• The faculty is also more attractive to foreign colleagues, which increases the diversity and quality of our research environment.
• We are better able to take into account experience gained from work placements and internships, whether in the public or private sector.
• We gain better access to research funding – HRS4R gives us extra points in Czech and European grant programs (e.g., TAČR, Horizon Europe).
• We are also growing in terms of prestige – we are part of a strong European network of research institutions.
