In 2024, the Faculty of Medicine Masaryk University was in the middle of the second implementation period of the Revised HR Award Action Plan. This year has brought significant steps, particularly in strengthening internal communication, digitalization of education and safety measures.​

The online course "Female Empowerment in Academia" is designed for academics, researchers, PhD candidates, and administrative staff who want to better understand the barriers to gender equality in academia and gain practical tips on how to address them.
