At the end of March 2024, the Internal Grant Agency of the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University (InGA), selected two excellent candidates for the postdoctoral position.
TAČR TREND - announcement of the 11th public competition –Newcomers
The Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TA ČR) informs about the announcement of the 11th public competition in research and experimental development TREND - subprogramme 2 - "Newcomers".
On 5 October 2023, a public competition was announced aimed at launching in-house R&D activities for companies that have not yet carried out their own R&D activities or purchased R&D services from research organisations.
The main objective of this sub-programme is to increase the international competitiveness of enterprises. Particular emphasis is placed on strengthening cooperation between the research, academic and private sectors and creating appropriate conditions for the commercialisation of research outputs/results and their use for the needs of society.
Parameters:
- deadline for submission of the project proposal in ISTA: 22 November 2023 until 16:30
- publication of the results by 31 May 2024, with projects starting in June-August 2024, project duration 12-43 months
- support per project 15 million CZK
- maximum aid rate per project 80 % and 90 % for research organisations (to be maintained throughout the project)
- co-financing of the project is possible from other sources (public and non-public)
- the main applicant must be a company, the research organisation only as an additional participant
- the main applicant (company) must fulfil the condition of not having received public support for R&D in the last 5 years in excess of 1 million CZK
