Description Cannabinoid CB1 receptor stimulation by an agonist cross-sensitized to metamphetamine, while blocking of the CB1 receptor with an antagonist during the sensitizing phase with methamphetamine suppressed this phenomenon. The CB2 receptor agonist eliciting in our model of aggressivity behavioural effects did not cause cross-sensitization to methamphetamine.
