| Description | The peroperative use of the ultrasound examination for the localisation of the pulmonary „coin lesion“ is presented in this paper, the firt time in the Czech Republic. Thanks this method can be excised this lesion durin the VATS or small targeted thoracotomy. This intraoperative ultrasound examination supplements or replaces the other methods for the easily peroprative localisation of this lesion. There other method is the preoprative metall marking and methylen blue coloration. This pressentation is completed of the own experiences and date of patients. |
