Description Malignant gliomas represent the most frequent radiotherapy induced ("secondary") solid tumor. Their prognosis remains extremely poor despite of aggresive multimodal treatment. We present a case report of a 16 years old boy who development cerebellar glioblastoma six years following the combined treatment for medulloblastoma. Clinical history, pathological and cytogenetic findings of the case are discussed along with treatment possibilities.
