| Description | Transplantation is way for treatment of many organ failures. This medical help is always connected with certain risk in an ethic and treatment level. Annually, organs are exchanged between EU Member States. New international legal acts are enactment and Czech law is also amended. The aim of this contribution is comparison of EU and domestic legal regulations relating organ transplantations, including the evaluation of private aspects adjusted in the New Civil Code. |
