Description This clinical guideline applies to patients with chronic, stable forms of coronary artery disease (CAD); (a) patients with stable angina (including patients who have become asymptomatic after treatment) or patients with angina equivalents (e.g. exertional dyspnoea) if caused by IHD (b) patients more than one year after an acute coronary syndrome (including ST elevation myocardial infarction - STEMI), (c) patients after revascularisation procedures (coronary angioplasty or bypass surgery), (d) patients with chronic left ventricular dysfunction demonstrably caused by ICHS.
