Description	In this article, we would like to summarize the results of the pilot project Early Detection of COPD in the population at risk, which was implemented between 2018 and 2022 by the National Screening Centre of the Czech Republic in cooperation with the Czech Society of Pneumology and Phthisiology ČLS JEP from the European Social Funds under the Operational Programme Employment.
