Description 24 children mean age 15.2 +- 3.5 years were recruited on the basic of high office blood pressure (SBP 140 mm Hg repcatedly after the interval of one XX at least). Twenty-four-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and BRS measurement were performed in lad subjekt. The relation among BRS, 24-hour mean SBP, age (A) body heigh (H),body weifht (W) was studiet by expressed as formula. SBP=79,3-0,2078xBRS-0.0915xA+0,1879xH+0,2302xW Signifikance of regression on these variables is p < 0,025. It is concluded that high blood pressure in observed in children with high body weight and low BRS.
