| Description | The papaer describes experiences with the diagnostics and treatment of cholangiocarcinomas. The majority of patients suffered from hilar affections so called Bismuth IV stadium of Klatskin tumour that is very difficuld to handle. The outcomes of surgical treatment are bad in general abd the surgery is very demanding. Maybe more convenient and effective paliation could be stent insertion with brachyradiotherapy in patients in yet good health state. |
