| Description | We introduced our first experiences and results in the treatment of combined lower extremities ulcers with local application of autologous growth factors. Growth factors are released to the target tissue from activated platelet graft(PDGF, VEGF, TGF-beta, EGF, FGF). This method is fysiological and miniinvasive and seems to be succseful in healing of ulcers, which are not curable in another way. |
