| Description | We report a case using our original idea of unilateral breast reconstruction with a DIEP flap divided in two parts in a patient with ductal carcinoma in situ. One hemidep was used for reconstruction and the contralateral hemi-abdominal flap was left untouched in place for an eventual secondary use in case of delayed flap is needed. |
