Injuries to healthcare workers from a contaminated needle or sharp instrument are risky, especially because of the transmission of some serious infections. Has this happened to you during your studies? Researchers at the Department of Public Health have started collecting data as part of a questionnaire study focusing on medical students and the risks of these injuries during their studies. If you are currently a student in a medical school program, please share your experiences with us to help promote prevention. The anonymous electronic questionnaire will take you no more than 10 minutes to complete. The opportunity to participate in the study will run until the end of May.
