Business Model Canvas
To start a project you need to form a business plan. It is a structured outline to help you organize your thoughts and answer basic questions. You will state who you are, what you offer and where you are going. You will analyse possible threats, find potential opportunities and ways to reach customers. As an example you can use Canvas framework.
business model, project plan, goal, mission, costs, segmentation
The main advantage of canvas is the ability to verify or refute your assumptions, which may not always be correct, at an affordable cost. It is a very flexible tool to structure the discussion of the people responsible for the development of the service.
