Medical Faculty of Masaryk University offers a preparatory course for students who intend to enter studies of General Medicine or Dentistry. The programme provides excellent preparation for the entrance examination and the first year of our General Medicine / Dentistry degree through a well-balanced blend of modules in Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.

Preparatory Courses
Medical Faculty of Masaryk University offers three E-learning preparatory courses for students who intend to study General Medicine, Dentistry in the English language and Intensive Czech Language Course for students who have already been accepted to study in the academic year. The course should provide an advantage of easier start to the introduction of the Czech language, orientation in grammar and conversational situations in everyday life.

ICRI 2022: Current topics in world of science addressed by experts from five continents
The prestigious International Conference on Research Infrastructures – ICRI 2022 ended in Brno on Friday, 21 October. It was attended by over five hundred scientists and other experts from all over the world, with more than six hundred more participating online.

Faculty of Medicine alumni met after 50 years
Fifty years after graduating from the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University its alumni met in the building at Komenského náměstí. Speaking at the special ceremony, Masaryk University Rector Martin Bareš acknowledged their contribution to the university and society in general.

Participants of ICRI conference impressed by new CELSPAC Biobank
The CELSPAC biobank collects, processes, stores, and subsequently, distributes various types of biological samples used for basic scientific research and the development of new diagnostic methods, which was recently presented to the participants of the ICRI 2022 International Conference on Research Infrastructures.
