Order of the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine regarding the Rector's recess at MU
Dear members of the academic community, following the Rector's recess announcement I am issuing the following order:
With immediate effect, I am cancelling all face-to-face teaching, up to and including 24 March 2020. Course guarantors are invited to facilitate further learning using electronic materials. Where online learning is not possible, a replacement will be specified following the expiration of epidemiological measures. The cancellation of teaching activities applies to all forms of study and all forms of face-to-face teaching, consultations and class exercises as well as to all types of examinations (including state examinations) and final thesis defences. With the exception of teaching duties, the remaining tasks assigned to Faculty of Medicine employees are not affected in any way. Any working hours adjustments or work performance modifications will be handled by direct superiors. The epidemiological situation is evolving; you will be informed of any relevant changes.

The Critical and Creative Thinking Course is a two-block series of workshops whose aim is to broaden and improve repertoires of Masaryk University staff´s critical and creative skills, strategies and techniques. It offers hands-on experience and practical insight into dealing with situations of professional character that have open solutions.
Every year, over sixty students come to Brno hospitals for exchange internships under the auspices of the IFMSA student organisation. They take home not only valuable work experience.
