This project will allow the researcher RNDr. Monika Kratochvílová, Ph.D. to return more easily after parental leave and more smoothly engage in full-time scientific work. The financing will be used for the applicant's financial security. This will enable her to place the child in a private children's group and to devote herself fully to solving existing projects, creating new ones, and collecting preliminary results. This project supports the straightening of gender roles in society and the greater involvement of women in leading scientific positions.
