MUNI HR Day in Campus

The Masaryk University Campus in Bohunice hosted the historic first annual MUNI HR Day, which brought together HR professionals from the university and other institutions.

The aim of the event was to present and share practical knowledge and experience regarding current trends on the labour market, recruitment of new employees, their integration into the organisation (onboarding) and departure from it (offboarding), as well as employee evaluation and motivation. Experts in the field of HR, such as Tomáš Ervín Domborský, Dominika Pivodová Lišková, Jana Parmová and Vojtěch Očenášek, gave inspiring lectures that clarify various aspects of this topics.

The whole event was organized by the Personnel Management Office of the Rector's Office of Masaryk University, which guaranteed the high level and professionalism of the whole meeting. MUNI HR Day is thus becoming an important forum for the exchange of knowledge and ideas in the field of human resources.
