The Masaryk University Campus in Bohunice hosted the historic first annual MUNI HR Day, which brought together HR professionals from the university and other institutions.
The aim of the event was to present and share practical knowledge and experience regarding current trends on the labour market, recruitment of new employees, their integration into the organisation (onboarding) and departure from it (offboarding), as well as employee evaluation and motivation.
