We are pleased to announce that within the implementation of the HR strategy of the Faculty of Medicine of Masaryk University, a faculty self-assessment was carried out two years after receiving the HR Excellence in Research Award (HR Award), which was evaluated very positively by the European Commission. An Internal Review and revision of the Action Plan were carried out, and the European Commission assessed our implementation as robust, systematic and in line with the defined Action Plan.
We want to thank all the faculty staff who participated in the implementation and preparation, and we look forward to continuing working together in the coming years. The following evaluation milestone will be the recertification of the faculty in the first half of 2026.
We are currently preparing article on HR strategy and the evaluation process.
