| Description | Acromegaly is a rare disease. In addition to acromegaloid features, high levels of growth hormone, which is formed autonomously in the pituitary adenoma, cause a number of secondary metabolic, oncological, cardiovascular, etc. It significantly increases mortality and morbidity. With effective use of therapeutic options, normalization of GH levels is achieved in most patients. The case report will present the effectiveness of pharmacotherapy in a radically inoperable patient. |
