| Description | The crystal structure of the N terminal domain of delta subunit of RNA polymerase from Bacillus subtilis solved at the resolution of 2.0 A is presented. The X ray structure shows significant differences from the average NMR structure. We systematically investigated the cause of the discrepancies between the NMR and X ray structures, as the pH, presence of metal ions and crystal packing forces. |
