On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, the traditional Erasmus Days, organised by the International Office of the Faculty of Medicine at Masaryk University, took place in the left corridor of the University Campus in Bohunice. The event ran from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and provided students with a unique opportunity to gather all the necessary information about foreign mobility programs.
Those interested in study or practical stays abroad could turn to the staff of the International Relations Office, who answered questions regarding administrative steps, applications, and course recognition. In addition, the student perspective was also represented – students from medical and non-medical fields who had already participated in international mobility programs shared their experiences.
The event was also supported by the Vice-Dean for English Studies and Internationalisation, Doc. MUDr. Lubomír Křivan, Ph.D., who came to see for himself how students are showing interest in mobility programs, praised their active approach and willingness to get involved in the faculty's international activities.
Thanks to the personal experiences of the participants, visitors were able to get practical tips on living abroad, studying at partner universities, and the benefits and challenges of going abroad.
The event took place in a friendly atmosphere and showed that interest in studying abroad among students of the Faculty of Medicine continues to grow. Erasmus Days has once again proven to be a great opportunity for anyone considering broadening their horizons, improving their language skills, and gaining valuable experience not only for their future career.
