Research Evaluation

At MED MUNI research is evaluated at several different levels, depending on the specific purpose and use of evaluation results. The results of individual evaluations provide a comprehensive overview of the Faculty's scientific research and publication performance. Evaluations provide valuable information for planning the Faculty’s further strategic direction in research and development, as well as beneficial feedback for the institution, research groups, and individuals.

At the Faculty level, the evaluation process is directed by the Vice-Dean for Research, Ph.D. studies and Institutional Development and is administratively supported by the Office for Research and Quality.

The Centre for Scientometric Support and Evaluation of the Research and Development Office of the Rector’s Office of Masaryk University conducts institutional evaluations and provides bibliometric services at the University level.
