As a basis for the creation of this Plan, a Gender Audit was conducted at our faculty in the first half of the year by the HR Award team led by Vice-Dean Mgr. Jana Fialová, Ph.D., with the support of the Dean and the methodological support of the Rector's Office of Masaryk University. The audit consisted of a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the current state of equal opportunities and working conditions at FM MU.
The existence of a Gender Equality Plan at the institution is a condition for the participation of our scientists in grant competitions from 2022.
We would like to thank all those who have been involved in the preparations and helped to create this document and related activities that will help to improve working conditions at the Faculty and the University.
